[09 May 2006|07:41pm] [ mood | crazy ] [ music | msi: shut me up ] MSI : 05/08/06 First of all. If you ever go see msi, dont feel the need to get there super early. Because where you stand before the concert starts isnt where you will stand through the whole thing. We were pretty close to the stage during the opening act. Which sucked really. The only good thing about the guy was that he did a remix of an msi song. About a half an hour to an hour after the opening guy, MSI came on. Let me just say Jimmy... is beautiful. okay now that ive got that out we can move on. The first song they played was Shut Me Up. Which is on my myspace if anyone cares. As soon as the song started I was crushed by like a million people. I am glad it was a small venue actually because if there was no way out i may have paniced. It was just a wave of punk/raver kids pushing and getting shoved into one another. I got pushed back like 10 rows of people. which was fine because i didnt want to get caught up in mosh pits. Jimmy was hilarious, he had dildos, fairy wings, stuffed toys, sock puppets, cotten balls, a video camera (that wasnt charged aparently... that bastard). A big plastic bag he put over his body to "protect him from the germs." He wore a black shirt with fishnet underneath with a redish tie. His hair was all spikey. And aparently he is married. We found this out when the girl he pulled on stage asked him to marry her. It was cute cause he was kissing her face and hugging her, and then when she got off stage he was like "yeah im gonna go cheat on you" He was a bastard but it was okay lol. I accidently knocked joiya down after we pushed our way to the front. And then we went all the way back to the back for some water. It was pretty easy to move around once we got the hang of it! At the end of the concert, the hot bass player hung her bass from one of the light thingys on the ceiling and then jumped into the crowd. I am still laughing about all the hot topic / myspace jokes. Afterward we hung around back waiting for them to come out but maia and chris were all like "waahh i wanna go home. I wanna play W.O.W. Im a loser" so we had to leave. I really wanted a picture with the band. but no!!!! Its okay though. It was still awesome. (pics on the way when i get a better computer!!!!) Peace out. ~Jamie 2 comments|post comment
